IIA as Part of Team Epsilon Awarded Service Desk BPA in Support of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
Epsilon and IIA won a new, five-year, single-award BPA for Service Desk operations. As the USPTO Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Service Desk contractor, Team Epsilon supports the Service Desk Operations Division (SDOD) as the single point of contact for thousands of USPTO’s internal and some external customers. Team Epsilon is responsible for resolving or escalating incidents and problems and requesting services or changes involving OCIO-supported hardware and software for all USPTO employees at the Main USPTO campus and remote users on an approved Telework Program. Epsilon and IIA will ensure that all customer contacts are handled promptly and courteously, and that support request tickets are resolved or escalated to the correct service provider. IIA will primarily support Advanced Problem Resolution (APR) for internal and external customers.
IIA Tech Wins Major Sandia National Labs Subcontract with Encantado Technical Solutions
Encantado, a small business mentor-protégé joint venture between Edgewater (protégé) and ECS (mentor), has been awarded Sandia National Laboratories’ Third-Party Telecommunications and Information Technology (TPTIT) Support Services contract. The National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS) awarded the estimated $400-$700 million blanket purchase agreement to Encantado with a period of performance up to seven years. The contract provides comprehensive enterprise and mission-embedded IT support for Sandia National Laboratories personnel and the Lab’s infrastructure at multiple locations across the United States. IIA is a major subcontractor on the Encantado team along with Amentum Services, Inc.
IIA Tech Wins a Spot on the $89M DoD Information Analysis Centers (DoD IAC) Basic Center of Operations Contract Awarded to SURVICE Engineering Company
IIA Tech has won a major subcontractor role to support the DoD Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing, and disseminating engineering, scientific and technical information. As a subcontractor to SURVICE Engineering Company, IIA Tech will focus on the Cyber Security and Homeland Defense and Security technical areas. With over 30 years of experience supporting various S&T organizations in data management, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics, IIA Tech will assist DTIC personnel in collecting and analyzing scientific data across twelve primary focus areas, including software & data analysis, cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, and biometrics. This win demonstrates the strength of IIA Tech’s diversified capabilities and years of excellent mission support to the DoD Information Analysis Center.
IIA Tech Combines with KeyLogic and Creates New Mid-Tier Technology and Data Analytics Provider
