Information International Associates (IIA) received official notification of ISO 9001:2015 registration following an external audit by an independent, third-party organization in July. This distinction is further proof of IIA’s dedication to providing the highest possible quality of service to its customers. IIA first received ISO 9001 registration in 2009.
“IIA is honored to receive the ISO 9001 registration, again, and this just reiterates our commitment to providing quality services to our government clients,” said Michael Agrillo, Chief Operating Officer of IIA. “Achieving ISO status is not an easy task, and I’m proud of our staff who ensure quality is being practiced every single day.”
A company must demonstrate that it has an established Quality Management System (QMS) and is following documented processes in order to achieve ISO 9001:2015 registration. This achievement demonstrates that IIA consistently delivers quality services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
