Jeannette Lee

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Jeannette has over 30 years of experience with leadership and achieving growth. Jeannette founded and sold Sytel, a 300-employee enterprise IT firm with recognized brand and culture. Jeannette has served on boards, was guest-lecturer for several years for The Georgetown University MBA for Entrepreneurship. She is a member of and served as a chapter officer of YPO. She was a member of the advisory board for an early-stage venture while actively involved in investing in commercial IT and public-sector ventures. She has a BA in Economics, The George Washington University.

Ron Jones

Chief Strategy Officer

Ron has driven growth and transformation for multiple companies through acquisitions, key talent hires, and large new business wins in the position of Chief Strategy Officer & Board Member. Ron was the primary visionary, architect, energy and driver behind the accelerated growth of Vistronix, Sotera Defense Solutions, Gray Hawk Systems, and Veridian, and was a driving force behind the IPOs of Global Defense Technology & Systems (aka Sotera) and of Veridian. Ron is a former Marine Corp Officer, holds a BS in Engineering from the US Naval Academy, and has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Randy Bishop

Chief Technology Officer and Sr. Cyber Solutions Advisor

Randy has broad experience in cyber security and initiatives involving data center and cloud migration strategies, as well as associated implementations of big data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation in large data and processing systems. Randy is General Manager for a global cyber security and blockchain company and has also served as an Executive Vice President of Strategy for a leading defense company. He was a United States Air Force Special Agent focusing on cybersecurity, counter-intelligence, special weapons, intelligence, and related special-security operations. He has a BA from Columbia College.

Richard Hozik

Chief Operating Officer

Rich Hozik has over 45 years of financial and operations experience. He began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen, LLP and subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer and/or Chief Executive Officer of privately held and publicly traded Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area headquartered companies. He has extensive international experience having for two years lived in Germany and for seven years having served as CFO and CEO of a global biomedical firm with operations throughout North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Michael Agrillo

Chief Operating Officer IIA Inc.

As principal and Executive Vice President of OnPoint Consulting, Mike helped grow the company to over $50M in annual revenues. OnPoint Consulting was successfully acquired by Sapient Government Services. Mike holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from The American University Washington.

Bonnie Carroll

Chief Data Officer & Founder

CEO/Founder of IIA Inc., which was acquired by IIA Technologies Corp in March 2018. Bonnie has over almost five decades of leadership in scientific and technical information systems, serving for over 25 years as the Executive Director of CENDI, the federal interagency council on Scientific and Technical Information. She managed two White House Interagency Groups under the Office of Science & Technology Policy. She currently serves as the Secretary General of CODATA for the International Science Council and is a member of the National Academy Board on Research Data and Information and of the AAAS Council. Bonnie has an MSLS from Columbia University and a BA from Cornell University.

Wayne Wheeles

Chief Solution Architect

CEO/Founder of Release 2 Innovations (R2i), acquired by IIA, Wayne is a specialist in network telemetry analytics, enrichment, advanced pipelining, network forensics, cyber Big Data analysis, and derivative data products. Wayne was a data analytics leader at IBM, SAIC, AT&T, and other companies.  He delivered two data centers and one command center to the White House. Cloudera identified him as a Big Data pioneer. He is the Chairman and CEO of Musubu Labs and CEO of Kinetic Data. He graduated from the University of New York at Albany.

Dr. Jean-Philippe Blaudeau, Ph.D.

VP, R&D Programs

Jean has 25 years of experience in High-Performance Computing (HPC), including Director of Computational Chemistry and Materials at the Air Force Research Laboratory’s HPC center, the Technical Lead on the software support contract with DoD's HPC Modernization Program, and Staff Scientist on the Army HPC Research Program. He has served as a SETA contractor at an HPC center in the Intelligence Community. Jean was a Technical Fellow at Engility. He has a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from The Ohio State University.

Col. Bryan Green, USA, Retired

VP, Military Programs

Bryan was Commander, US Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center, the Army’s 2nd largest R&D program. He has experience ranging from science and technology to global construction programs, geospatial engineering, economic development, nation-building and special operations. Bryan relocated and built a $18B Military City in Korea. He has an MS International Relations from Troy State, an MS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and a BS in Physics from the University of MD Salisbury.

Toby Bennett

Senior Advisor for Technology and Strategy

Toby has over 30 years building innovative technologies and services. He was Senior Executive for Infrastructure Engineering and Operations at the USPTO. He was a senior IT leader at DHS/TSA and Chairman/CEO of an international satellite ground station equipment manufacturer. He served as VP/GM in software automation tools for integrated circuit design. Toby started as an R&D engineer at NASA designing high performance satellite comm systems using ASIC and embedded computing technologies. Toby holds 5 US patents and a BSEE from the University of Maryland.

Kelly Callison

DOE Service Delivery Executive

Kelly has held senior-level IT and science & technology management positions with responsibilities for business development, capture, and management of large contracts for the Departments of Energy, Commerce, Veteran Affairs, and Transportation, as well as the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Coast Guard. Kelly was a senior leader at Vangent, NCI, CNA, and Battelle. He holds a BS in Math from the Coast Guard Academy and an MS in computer science from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Rick Arbuthnot

Sr Director of Human Resources

Rick has over 20 years of executive-level experience in the Federal Government and private industry. He was the Senior Vice President for SAIC Shared Services, including oversight of Human Resources (HR), Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Contracts, Travel, and Personnel Security related activities. He was also Director of NASA’s multi-functional Shared Services Center and served as Director of Human Resources at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Rick holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Kansas State University and has post-graduate work in Executive HR Studies at the University of Michigan.

Jerry Evans

VP BD/Capture for Air Force Programs

Jerry has over 15 years of Capture Management, BD, and proposal development experience within the Federal Government, DoD and Intelligence Community, coupled with 24 years as an Imagery, All Source, HUMINT Analyst and 15 years of Senior Program/Project Management. Jerry held senior Air Force, DoD, Intelligence, and SOCOM BD and capture roles at STG, Engility, Kingfisher, McNeil Technologies, and SBI Technology. Jerry is the author of "Capturing Federal Contracts as a Small Business” and has an MS in Computer Science from Canterbury University.

Lieutenant General Vince Stewart

Senior Corporate Advisor for Cyber Security

Vince served as the Deputy Commander USCYBERCOM, DIA Director, Commander MARFORCYBER, and USMC Director of Intelligence. He has over thirty years’ global experience in national defense, cyber security, signals intel, and IT. He is founder/CEO of Stewart Global Solutions, Special Advisor and Chairman of the Middle East Media Research Institutes Board of Advisors, and a Senior Advisor to General Motors Defense and the University of MD’s Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security. He earned a Baccalaureate from Western Illinois University, and Masters’ Degrees in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College and in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University, as well as executive program certificates at Harvard University.

Martin (Marty) Cummings, Jr.

Sr. Corporate Advisor reporting to OCEO

Marty served as the CEO of Integrated Support Systems. He was recognized as a Fed100 awardee. Marty consulted for Deep Water Point (DWP) Consulting and was the Vice President for Strategic Market Development for Daon and Vice President for Homeland Security for AT&T Government Solutions. Marty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and was a US Marine Corps officer.

Dr. Herman Felder, Jr. Ph.D.

Chief Data Architect, IIA

Herman has over a decade of experience in the IT industry, specializing in systems engineering with a focus on Big Data analytics and cloud computing. In recent years, he has been an advocate of DevOps at scale with microservices implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for the enterprise. He has degrees from Capitol Technology University, including a Ph.D. in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences, and a BS and MS in Information Assurance.

Alexander Karman

Senior Advisor for Big Data Analytics and Cloud Architecture

Alex has 20 years of driving innovation and designing cutting-edge lab environments and pilot projects for Federal agencies, the DoD and the Intelligence Community. Alex has expertise in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning on Big Data, Geospatial Analysis, and Cloud Architecture, including work at Amazon Web Services and Northrop Grumman. Alex has a JD from The American University/Washington College of Law and a BA from The College of William and Mary. He has done post-graduate work at the Harvard Business and Law Schools and AWS Machine Learning University. Alex has two patents pending.

Travis Howerton

Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation Strategies

Travis is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of C2 Labs, developing products and services to streamline cyber security processes, reducing risks, increasing resilience, and delivering continuous contextual assurance. He was Global Director for Strategic Programs, Sr Director for Transformation, and Sr Director for Enterprise Strategy and Architecture for Bechtel. He managed Big Data programs, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and Strategic Supplier Relationships. He was Deputy Director of IT Services at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Cyber Sciences Lab Director and CTO at the National Nuclear Security Administration, and Chief Information Officer of the Y-12 Site Office. Travis has an MS from Boston University, a BS from Tusculum College, and an AS from Pellissippi State.

Chris Waychoff

Senior Director of Corporate Innovation, IIA

Chris was Acting Vice President for the GWAC and IDIQ Solutions Team, Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and BD Operations, and Chief of Staff for Navy and Air Force at Engility. Chris was a corporate technical fellow, specializing in emerging technology solution ideation, innovation centers, future trends and impacts, technology base analysis, and advanced data visualization. He was a founder of TASC’s Strategic Capture Strike Team and Futures & Forecasting practice. He has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA from Harvard.
