Jeannette Lee is Chairman and CEO of IIA Technologies Corp and its wholly-owned subsidiary Information International Associates Inc. Jeannette previously founded Sytel, Inc. a company of 300+ employees specializing in enterprise IT and security, acquired by a public company TechTeam Global, later acquired by Jacobs Engineering. Jeannette had served on several boards including Governor-appointed board position with TEDCO in Maryland, a local chapter of the United Way, ex chapter officer of YPO and is a current member of the Chief Executive Organization. Jeannette was member of several angel investment groups in the DC-region. She holds a BA in Economics from The George Washington University.
For the last 30 years she was the founder and CEO of IIA until its sale in March 2018. Today Bonnie continues her dedication to managing information as a strategic resource as the Chief Data Officer at IIA. Bonnie has over four decades of leadership in scientific and technical information systems (STI), serving as the President of the American Society for Information Science & Technology (ASIS&T), sitting on the editorial board for the journal Information Services and Use, serves on the National Academy Board on Research Data and Information, and as the Secretary General of CODATA, the Committee on Data for the International Science Council.
Mike Agrillo has over 20 years of experience managing, leading, and growing businesses and is currently IIA’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing service delivery, financial management, employee engagement and retention, and customer satisfaction of all IIA contracts. Mike previously started and served as a principal and Executive Vice President of OnPoint Consulting, Inc., a federal government contractor, and helped grow the company to over $50M in annual revenues. OnPoint Consulting, Inc was successfully acquired by Sapient Government Services, a subsidiary of publicly traded Sapient. Mike holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from The American University Washington College of Law.
Mr. Callison has over 28 years of experience in the information technology industry with 11 years’ at IIA. Mr. Callison led the IIA teams that won and transitioned the US Patent and Trademark Office Information Technology Support Services contract, the Homeland Defense and Security Information Analysis Center contract and the Y-12 National Security Complex IT Support contract. Throughout his career, he has held senior-level management positions with responsibilities for business development, capture, transition, and then management of large contracts for departments or agencies such as the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Commerce including USPTO, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Transportation Department, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Air Force, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
